New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Wyckoff, NJ

I have lots of friends that say, do your own repairs locally or get the quick oil change at the $10 place. They don’t CARE for your car like Sandy Sansing. Borrowing from my marine corps days…Once with Sandy, always with Sandy….140,000 miles and going strong!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Positive experience ftom the beginning to end of buying a new Miata. Colby was our salesperson and treated my husband, Bill, and me like we were his #1 priority. And I fully appreciate the method that Nelson Mazda employs ... one salesperson and NO haggling all the way through the process. If we find ourselves in the market for another new Mazda or a used vehicle, we'll be back in a heartbeat!

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Kenneth was a great salesperson. Kind, funny, helpful, intuitive. We don't like a heavy sell and he seemed to get that from the jump. Just answered our questions and then once we committed to the sale gave us all the details about the car we could ever need or want. He stayed a little late (i'm so sorry, Kenneth!) walking us through the 468 menu pages in the settings of the car getting it dialed in to my preferences so when we came back to pick it up the next day he could just hand over the keys. Finance dude, maybe Terry, was equally efficient. Just got us in and out super painlessly. David Turley, the manager was as kind and helpful as he was tall, which is quite. From the receptionist to the manager, and everyone in between, the staff we interacted with was tops. I bought a new car a few years ago from another dealership and this experience was night and day. 10/10 would recommend.

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

This is my 3rd NEW CX5 non Turbo and by far #1- 2025 is a GREAT year with suspension, transmission and engine improvements- If you appreciate precision feedback , handling , suspension , brakes - Then you might start looking here. The vehicle interior is second to none at any cost and the build quality is as well. Approaching 10K miles on my 25 and no issues. I will say with these high compression engines (13-1 )- premium 91 + fuel is a must - turbo or not - As well The break in takes up to 20K miles before it will deliver the power its capable of - that said - Its reliable , easy to maintain - and for me has a timing chain ( no rubber belt ) and a real 6speed traditional step transmission as opposed to many other brands that are dropping cheap short lived CVT transmissions in the drivetrain - Mazda is using old school tried and tested technology. - I can yield at least 35 mpg if I keep it under 75 mph - and with a 15.3 gallon tank thats a lot of miles ! If you need a massive people / pet hauler - possibly look elsewhere- All models have AWD which has adaptive magnetic lockout which means little to no wear as it goes from 90% front -10% rear -- to 50%-50% depending on road conditions -- Just a great vehicle - If you are dead set on a competitor ( and there are many ) at least drive the CX5 before you decide- it may be your last stop - If you want power -- Get the turbo - I prefer the non-turbo as with premium fuel Im good with around 200 hp - The Turbo can get you over 250 Hp both 4 cylinder engines .

Matt Dowell was very friendly and respectful. He provided all of the test-driving opportunities I wanted and then some. When I told him my dream car options that I knew I could not afford, he used his knowledge to find options for me in my price range-encouraging me to spend more for better quality, but also finding the cars that were actually in my stated price range so that I was aware of all of my options.

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

Ron and everyone at Sky Mazda of Odessa are the Best of the Best. Chris Robin could not have hired are better group than the one he has there. We bought a pre-owned Dodge Caravan and the buying process took less than an hour for us. We would recommend Sky Mazda or Mazda of Midland to anyone and we will always do that. Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

Very nice low key guys, though we wasted about 30 minutes initially waiting on some paperwork which could have been spent familiarizing me with the vehicle I had previously picked out and came in to buy and take home. No biggie, team at Douglass seems very earnest and sincere Maybe a sign of the hard times but after purchasing the loaded CX5 Signature and dropping $32.4K with no haggling I would have expected a sunscreen or mug....shoulda kept the pen...

SO this is follow up of my previous not good review, Junior called me and apologized for my concerns and told me to come in, he ended up trading my ford to a 2018 Mazda CX5..I was impressed, who would take the car back and give you a better one. I even got a better interest rate. Jay was our salesman and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and explained everything. I was highly satisfied, great service. Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to have my Navigation system working which they were unable to do after a 3hr wait during my previous visit. I loved receiving the video of the inspection because that made me more knowledgeable of the cars inner working. I would love to have the same customer service person again. Ann
