This was one of the easiest, low pressure purchases I've made on an automobile in a long time. The sales staff (especially Ethan) at Courtesy Mazda was friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. The post sales service was impressive as well. The staff carefully went through the thick owner's manual with me, and gave me a lot of helpful tips. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a low stress experience. The CX-5 is a wonderful automobile, by the way.

My sister and I have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our aging Chevy Tahoe. After several awful experiences with salesmen in various dealerships in Longmont I went online and found the perfect vehicle at Courtesy Mazda, a smaller dealership unknown to us. When My sister and I arrived we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist; welcomed by the sales lady, Aspen Swanson. Aspen was friendly, fun, easy to work with and in short order we had test driven the Tahoe, and agreed on the price. Another lady, Debra, in the finance department, was likewise wonderful, fast and efficient putting the paperwork together on the deal, and boom, we were done. My sister and I have both marveled about what a great car-buying experience this was and the comfort level we had doing so. Aspen went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and worked closely with Debra on the paperwork. We left very happy and hope to be repeat customers in the future. service a bit slow and THEY DON'T WASH YOUR CAR-but pleasant and competent - very thorough- waiting area clean and comfortable- as soon as I got home ,I received an email asking if I wanted to trade in my car !!

I purchased a vehicle here and within a week discovered the tires were already worn (around 3/32?4/32). We had mentioned the bald tires to our sales rep before we purchased and he said they couldn?t change them out. I was initially told by staff that the tires would be replaced, but later the dealership declined, stating they measured 5/32 instead. This was disappointing because the expectation had already been set that the tires would be changed. The sales manager originally seemed willing to help, but the final decision left me feeling misled. I hope the dealership improves communication and stands by what is promised to customers. Overall experience was great despite the tires not being replaced. Finance was amazing and the dealership is nice. We love the mazda. Shoutout to Donavan the sales Manager he was really communicative and tried his best to replace the tires but it didn?t happen.
