Marta was attentive from the start, quickly understood what I was looking for, and made the process smooth and stress free. After I completed the purchase, she stayed with me to go over the CX-50 Hybrid’s features, showed me how to use the infotainment system, paired my phone, and set up the MyMazda app so I could take full advantage of the car. Jeremy, the sales finance manager, was equally impressive. He was patient, clear, and thorough in explaining the financing process, taking the time to answer every question without rushing. His professionalism and approachable manner made the paperwork feel easy. Both Marta and Jeremy made this one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Top notch Service department. The team that work at Courtesy Mazda knows what customer service is, have great communication skills, and in my situation of having week long mechanical service gave me an awesome complimentary MX5 to drive. The service writer's and manager were both transparent in their process and knew what each other were doing. They got my 2016 Mazda 3 after it sat for 25 days at Caliber Collision collecting snow. They got the mechanical portion done in a timely manner and got me driving my car within a week of inspection, at a lower cost than Caliber was trying to get out of me. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of at Courtesy Mazda. I was told that there is new management in the dealership so I think this is how it is going to be.

Brought my car in for service and some new tires. Jen was able to help me and gave me a car to take to pick up my son while they were working on it. Love the service staff here!!!

Bringing my 2017 Mazda CX-3 to Mastria Mazda was a wonderful experience as it was my first time having to bring my vehicle in due to a recall on it. The staff there at the desk and the crew in the garage were absolutely wonderful while I hung out at the dealership relaxing watching tv. I absolutely loved the video of the overall health of my vehicle sent to me through the mechanic in the garage servicing my vehicle and for me it was exactly what I was looking for was the status of where I stood of what needs to be replaced for parts in the near future. I’m at peace now knowing the overall health of my vehicle and feel in great hands when I’m at my dealership. Any questions I have they have the answers always. Setting up the appointments online through their website is my favorite too as I can pick the day and time that works for me and my crazy busy schedule. I have been taking my car to Tuttle click Mazda Irvine for a couple of years. I always leave a satisfied customer. They always send me a short video where they go over everything they checked. I trust them that they won’t try to fix something that does not need to be fixed. They are the best!

I brought my 2024 Mazda CX-50 in for it's 25,000 mile tune-up (oil change, filters, tire rotation) and brake/ rotor job. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous and kept me up to date on what was being done. They even saved me some money by informing me that I didn't need new tires as the treads on the current tires had a lot on them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a fabulous experience at Schomp Mazda on Havana in CO. Joe Aya was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to get the new cx50 which is hard to come by right now and I absolutely love it!
