Great service and experience. I got my car before the expected day of arrival and it was very convenient for is. Matt was great at going through all the paper work with us and the product specialist explained all the features of the car which was very helpful. The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

After I completed the purchase, she stayed with me to go over the CX-50 Hybrid’s features, showed me how to use the infotainment system, paired my phone, and set up the MyMazda app so I could take full advantage of the car. Jeremy, the sales finance manager, was equally impressive. He was patient, clear, and thorough in explaining the financing process, taking the time to answer every question without rushing. His professionalism and approachable manner made the paperwork feel easy. Both Marta and Jeremy made this one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I would gladly recommend them to others.
