Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Purchased as my commuter vehicle, plenty of room for my work gear, very comfortable and a smooth ride to boot. easily getting 28-31 mpg is also nice!

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I have to say that was the easiest car buying experience I ever had at a dealership besides Carvana. Cameron Landry was down to earth and really made me feel valued as a customer. I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

I was working with a few different dealerships and none of the salespeople had the knowledge of Thomas at tulley they where very upfront and honest didn’t play and dealership games and got to my number no fighting back and forth

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

The service was provided in a timely and efficient manner. The loaner vehicle was clean fully fueled.

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

Larry Marcus was our sales consultant and Kendra Milan was our Finance Manager on our visit . From the time my wife and I walked in Larry us made feel at ease. Working thru the sales process with Larry was very smooth. We never felt any pressure during the time we were with him. He was very knowledgeable about the Acadia we were looking to purchase. When we were first looking at the vehicle he answered all of our questions. When it was time to leave with our new Acadia he took time to review the features of the vehicle before we left. He helped us set up some of the technology features during that time. Kendra Milan made the financing part of the purchase very easy. She was was very helpful and knowledgable going over all the paperwork necessary to purchase a new vehicle. Like Larry there was no pressure at all while working with Kendra. We were very impressed that we could come in and leave with a new vehicle on the same day. My wife and I agreed that this was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. We arrived at 2:30pm and were driving away by 6:30pm with a new Acadia. I would highly recommend Albrecht Buick GMC and Larry Marcus looking to purchase a Buick or GMC.

I bought a used 2015 CX-5 in 2015 from Seacoast. From start to finish, the buying process was great. Absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. No tricks or gimmicks. I got a fair price for my trade. And a good price on the CX-5. Salesman Ryan McGuire was patient and knowledgeable. The service dept was also top-notch. They took care of a bug in the entertainment system right away and made sure the car was perfect before handing me the keys. I would highly recommend Seacoast Mazda.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased a pre-owned certified CX-5 in great condition which I absolutely love to drive. Ryan McGuire helped me to realize all this vehicle had to offer as I spend a great deal of time on the road. He was truly the bright spot of this purchase (besides the car)! I always dread the actual sales process (haggling over trade-in price, the "real" sales price of the new vehicle, etc.) and it still was not the most enjoyable experience despite excellent credit and a very clean trade-in. However, the service department, particularly Joe Smith, provides excellent service for regular maintenance (no need for repairs yet). As for the facility itself I hope the employees one day have the new building they deserve!

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

After a not so great experience (from another dealership), I made sure I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted...After talking to Rob H a few times to check out the inventory and ask questions, he was very professional and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. He answered all my questions and gave me a few options and told me to call when I was ready. When stopping in one night to finally make my decision, from the moment the car was brought out for my test drive, to the time I drove it off the lot, it was THE MOST BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER... This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Excellent car. Completely fallen in love with the adaptive cruise control. I live in LA and using it on the highway with a lot of traffic is amazing. Also works great in low speeds.
