Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. This dealership was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and were connected with a salesman to assist us with our car shopping. Dave B was our sales guy and he was amazing! Kind and friendly from the start. He didn?t at all try to push a sale, just showed us the cars we were interested in and gave us all the information we needed about the car to make our decision. Our finance guy, I believe his name is Mike was also amazing. Completing the paperwork was a breeze. He explained everything and made the process so easy. I?ve been leasing cars for years and I can honestly say this was the best car shopping and leasing experience I?ve ever had.
