Perfect car!
Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

What impressed me most was his ability to guide me helpfully through the process without ever making me feel pressured—something rare and invaluable in a service environment. This was not a routine appointment. Michael had to navigate the complexities of an insurance claim for a not-at-fault accident overseen by Allstate while also untangling a bungled repair from the poorly chosen body shop I had selected for the repairs. I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5.
I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!
