What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Fantastic customer service. Tristan was great. Greg and even the GM, Armando. Highly recommend working with them. Last minute, we found a large scratch and they were actually embarrassed it had been missed. Jumped on fixing it and offered to deliver it to us when done. WOW factor!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Have had great experiences here.bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago that I’ve had no problems with. we just passed it down to my Daughter.A couple months ago we went and bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove it we mentioned that the rotors looked a little beat up when we went and picked up the jeep it had brand new Pads and rotors on all 4 tires. We only mentioned the front. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Defiantly will be going back for a third vehicle next year when my other daughter gets her license

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.
