I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Well I came 31/2 hours to see a car and it’s gone yesterday I wanted it I was buying it because i recked mine i wanted the same thing

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. Great gas mileage. Interior is not overly cluttered. Exterior is stylish. Great value for the money. Rear seating has plenty of leg room. Would recommend

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.
