AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I’m 72 and have owned many cars including jags, Volvo, bmw, ect this is the nicest, comfortable car I’ve had, l suspect that kept in good condition and serviced correctly it will last many years, if you are looking for a reliable, attractive, zippy car then this is for you, l test drove all the similar cars and the cx5 was the car for me.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

I own a 21 Carbon Edition. Great vehicle. And worth every penny. I came from owning only Hondas. Traded in a 2021 Accord Sport SE with 7000 miles. I have 22k miles and have not any issues so far. I love the color, step in height, the look, the interior, the exterior. Average 29-31 on the highway. Best decision I've made concerning buying a new vehicle

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.
