If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

Recently purchased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Auburn Honda. They were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured. We worked out a deal that we both agreed on fairly quickly. The Ridgeline I purchased had just arrived at the dealership so they hadn’t had time to complete their usual new vehicle preparation. They were accommodating and arrangements were made for me to return and finish the final details. I very happy with my new purchase and everyone that I worked with. 2019 Mazda CX-5 Touring review
A great car - again
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!
