Had the pleasure of having Bill Edwards as my sales consultant and I could not have been happier. I had no intention of buying a vehicle I strictly wanted to get some info and maybe take a test drive. Bill was phenomenal in his knowledge of every aspect of the Mazda SUV's. He told us all about the exterior, engine, interior, the Whitten guarantee and what makes Mazda more satisfactory than other brands. He offered the ability to test drive but was in no way pushy and you can tell his agenda is to educate the buyer as opposed to the annoying sell sell sell mentality. I really appreciated this and would advise anyone to ask for Bill.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

The staff explained the facts about the vehicle, and the price was better than the competition. My daughter is thrilled with the Mazda3, and I have peace of mind that she is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
