We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

They were ok but they sold the 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT before I could go to them and look at it and take it on a tast drive and Talk about financing

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

I found a car that I was very interested in buying and called Mazda on Friday night. Because I live on the north side it's a log trip down to the dealer and wanted to make sure the car was in stock and what type of deal could be worked out. Everyone I spoke to on the phone understood the situation and worked with me to get the answers I was looking for. Tyler, the used sales manager, just felt very honest through the entire conversation so I felt comfortable going there the next morning. When I arrived, I met Tyler and got introduced to Mike, one of his salesmen, who had a ton of energy, was funny, and knowledgeable about the car. We arrived at approximately 10:45 and drove off the lot with the car around 3:15. In all, it was a bit of a process, but that's to be expected to get financing in line, sign all of the paperwork, etc. that being said, it did NOT feel like it took long at all. Mike was awesome to hang out with throughout and everyone made the process completely painless. When I left, I was happy with my car, satisfied that I got a fair deal, and happy that I made the trip to Hubler Mazda. I couldn't recommend these guys more!

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 wagon that is totally immaculate! It literally looked and runs like it’s brand new. I got a great deal on it several thousand dollars below bluebook and I have put 2500 miles on it now and it runs phenomenal and looks phenomenal! Purchased as my commuter vehicle, plenty of room for my work gear, very comfortable and a smooth ride to boot. easily getting 28-31 mpg is also nice!

I found a great used car with low mileage at Hubler Mazda. While the show room is closed for major remodeling and they are working out of temporary offices, the team was very helpful! I didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy. We also added leather seats and tinted the front windows and I got a great price. It was a very nice experience. I love my new car!

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

The dealership representative has been in constant contact with me which I appreciate. Although my initial selection didn't work out, they given me good alternative options and have promised to keep looking for a car similar to the one I was originally interested in.

Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

The salesman was polite, informative, energetic, and outgoing. I'm not a fan of salesmen and I liked the guy. It was a cash purchase and I feel like it took a little longer than it needed to. There were some things wrong with the car but I knew what I was getting and they were very forthright about the future repairs it would need. They were very accommodating to my situation and I feel like I got a better than fair price.

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Quick oil change, along with the knowledge that an important software update had been implemented (even without my asking for it.) I will be back!

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. We spoke with the dealership’s internet sales representative Ray Miller prior to traveling to the dealership to verify the price and details of the car. When we arrived the car was pulled to the front and ready for the test drive. It isn’t, hard to fall in love with a 2019 Ford Mustang, but we had yet to discuss the final price based on their review of our trade. When Ray presented the deal, it was in very simple terms - asking price, value of your trade, and the difference (no hard sell gimmicks). The asking price was exactly what was represented on the website (with all rebates), the trade value was exactly what we hoped for, and there were no hidden surprises or fees. We were able to take their first offer, something we have never been able to do. This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Further, everyone was very friendly - the dealership had a very hometown neighbor feel to it. Ernie Grant, also made the paperwork of the purchase very easy and we were through it in no time. Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

Kevin McDaniel registered me quickly and efficiently even though I did not have an appointment. He was considerate re: my need for the work to be done as quickly as possible. The entire team were able to complete the work in about 1 1/2 hours, for which I was very grateful.

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.
