I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Great cars and great service, came in and drove off with a 2022 Honda accord. They did what’s they promised and got me a great deal!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

He was very friendly and took the time to understand what my needs/wants were in a new vehicle. Piazza also offered a fair trade-in deal, and a great offer on my new cx3 overall. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Mike and the entire Piazza team.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I will surely use them again. Thank you for your help & kindness CarShop

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I must give thanks to Sheila, the lady who answers the phone and many thanks to Andy Macedo for handling this lease return with Chase bank. You see, my husband died in January and the lease was in his name. Chase bank jerked me around for a week and a half, had me in tears, before telling me my only choice was to buy out the vehicle lease or return it to a Mazda dealer. Sheila and Andy listened to my dilemma. Andy said come on down and I will take care of this for you. And he did. I told him all the things Chase told me I had to do and he said “you don’t have to do a thing, I will take care of this for you.” And he did! I didn’t have to do a thing and he was so nice and kind, and professional. Andy, Thank you so much for handling this for me. Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

They responded to me very quickly but the car I was looking for had already been sold. They followed up, to see if I had interest in another vehicle, but were not pushy.

Best car purchase I’ve ever made and would buy another Mazda CX-5. Still fun to drive and reliable. Many friends have bought one after driving mine.

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).
