Michael Wills responded to my request about the 2007 Honda Odyssey that they had for sale. He set up an appointment for us to look at the van, made a sure I had the correct address, and the day we were going to check it out he reached out to make sure we were not having trouble with directions. He already had the vehicle up front waiting for us and walked us through the directions on the map to test drive it. The van was clean and in great condition. We decided to purchase it and he broke everything down for us so we could get a better idea of our finances. While we were signing the purchase papers Mike had them freshen up the van again and they put a full tank of gas in it for us. Their staff was friendly, and ager to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Needed regular maintenance done and it was done in a very timely manner. Megan Dolce, at the Service Desk, always does a good job of communicating status and ensuring things are done well and on time.

The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

The Mazda dealership is being Renovated so I had to go to Pine belt Chevrolet for my Mazda.my salesman is Todd Boucher Todd made the entire transaction extremely pleasant and non stressful. Todd was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Todd he is the best

Megan Dolce goes above and beyond. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed that she was also showing a vehicle to a walk in as it was early in the morning, so to not lose a potential client she jumped into sales mode. Kudos to Megan Dolce for being multi-talented which you don’t see much these days!

From the call to driving away with my car the experience was seamless. Dave Rose, made my experience one of the best that I’ve had at a dealership. He was helpful, informative and straight forward. He was knowledgeable and not once did I feel like I was being sold on the vehicle. He was able to get me the best rate and an amazing warranty on my vehicle. I have been looking for a turbo charged Mazda CX-5 which are fairly rare. I have visited several dealers prior to North Penn but drove a little more than an hour because the asking price was lower than what I had seen elsewhere. They gave me a good price for my trade in and a good price for the CX-5. They seem to deal with lower margins because they sold 5 other cars while I was there and they were not able to come down much on the original price they gave me (which was lower than I expected). I bought during the pandemic so I sat outside on a picnic table in a tent during the deal and all staff were masked. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly from Jamie who made the reservation for the visit to Tim who met me as I drove up and who sold me the car to Colleen who helped me with the paperwork. There was no pressure during the sale and no pressure to buy anything such as an extended warranty.

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

My 18 year old Mazda Protege died, went to MS Mazda looking at Mazda3. Jerry was very helpful in getting the model and color I wanted, along with a great deal. Highly recommended.

Spoke and scheduled my appointment with "Sarah" prior to my visit today. Although she was nothing but patient and polite, I almost backed out! I am excited I did not. Matthew sold me my adorable little orange Dodge Dart. I love it! Matt is great. Friendly, professional but personal. Alex is wonderful! Everyone was down to earth, spoke to me and not at me. I most definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Peruzzi. They made my experience comfortable.

My Audi coordinator Susan was excellent! She communicated the entire process with me so I was fully aware of all charges. She made me feel valued as a customer. I will only take my car to Audi Ft Washington to be serviced from now on.
