Bringing my 2017 Mazda CX-3 to Mastria Mazda was a wonderful experience as it was my first time having to bring my vehicle in due to a recall on it. The staff there at the desk and the crew in the garage were absolutely wonderful while I hung out at the dealership relaxing watching tv. I absolutely loved the video of the overall health of my vehicle sent to me through the mechanic in the garage servicing my vehicle and for me it was exactly what I was looking for was the status of where I stood of what needs to be replaced for parts in the near future. I’m at peace now knowing the overall health of my vehicle and feel in great hands when I’m at my dealership. Any questions I have they have the answers always. Setting up the appointments online through their website is my favorite too as I can pick the day and time that works for me and my crazy busy schedule. Always keeping me up to date on the status of my service. Explaining what was urgent that needed to be done. Mostly, they always treat you like family.

Tony was a wonderful salesman. We walked in and he gave us immediate attention. We told him our budget and what we wanted he immediately sat us down and showed us Mazda was the safest car out of all vehicles then proceeded to show us the cx 5. Although we were there for 8 hours we got a deal done and we were 4$ under budget with protection plans. This is my first time owning a Mazda and I think I?m a fan for life. Oh and he sold me a red one that was the only one available on the east coast. Shout out to Alex as well for showing me how to use my phone as a remote control for the car. ZOOM SOOM
