Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Bryson our sales rep was extremely professional and patient while we decided which vehicle to purchase. We had a good idea which vehicle we wanted but weren’t sure which trim level. Bryson walked us through all the different features and the test drives. We found the perfect car for us. Victor, the manager, also was extremely helpful getting us the best deal possible. We hopefully will enjoy the car for many years!

I use to hate buying a car! The cheesy sales person that would tell me a price, then when we sat down the make the deal not only did it take 4 hours, but the price would end up higher than we had talked about....well that was until I met Katisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Katisha actually changed my whole view of buying a car. From the moment we connected she was so personable (texted me a picture of her and my new car), upfront, told me the price I would be paying and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there. Top notch Service department. The team that work at Courtesy Mazda knows what customer service is, have great communication skills, and in my situation of having week long mechanical service gave me an awesome complimentary MX5 to drive. The service writer's and manager were both transparent in their process and knew what each other were doing. They got my 2016 Mazda 3 after it sat for 25 days at Caliber Collision collecting snow. They got the mechanical portion done in a timely manner and got me driving my car within a week of inspection, at a lower cost than Caliber was trying to get out of me. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of at Courtesy Mazda. I was told that there is new management in the dealership so I think this is how it is going to be.

This was my 6th Mazda that I purchased but the 1st in Pittsburgh. It’s was a great experience with the dealership & my sales associate Ben Schuster. It was a positive experience. Thank you Mazda!
