I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. I had an excellent buying experience with Michael Flaifel at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I bought a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 through Michael who goes by Mikey. He made the experience easy. I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. Additionally, he takes a no pressure approach which is nice. Be sure to ask for Michael Flaifel when shopping at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka!

After a poor experience in CT, we found a fair priced CX5 online and made the trip to Flood Mazda. It was well worth the ride and everyone at the dealership (Jason and Anthony in sales) were very professional and straightforward. The car was in excellent condition and the transaction was completed easily and quickly.

The staff does a great job on servicing my vechical. They provide a viedo on all servicing on your car. Great atmosphere and they keep you well informed on you service schedules.

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!
