When Jake Sweeney Mazda ran a diagnostic, they quickly determined the issue wasn’t actually fixed and recommended possible routes forward. The inspection was incredibly thorough, complete with a detailed breakdown of each service request and even a video walkthrough of the items that needed attention. That level of care made me realize it was time to pull the plug on my old car, so I decided to test drive a new one. Xavier, who helped me in the service center, made me feel valued the entire time.
