I contacted Safford Brown Mazda Chantilly via Cars.com to test drive a certified used 2025 Mazda CX-30. Michael Arevalo (sales) responded the following day and helped me arrange a test drive. Following the test drive I immediately decided to purchase the car that evening. Michael Arevalo quickly drew up the application, as well as managed my trade-in. I used Safford Brown's financing for the car. The financial representative, Ms. Golboo Javid, found a better interest rate than what my bank provided. She made the finance process very easy and pleasant. Start to finish, I left the dealership with my new car in under three hours. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Mr. Michael Arevalo, Ms. Golboo Javid, and the entire staff at Safford Brown Mazda of Chantilly.

As most can attest, the process of shopping, comparing, test driving and finally deciding on a vehicle, new or used, can be quite the intimidating endeavor. Especially in my particular state - still owing a loan payoff on my current vehicle. My recent experience at Flood Mazda in Wakefield, RI was hands down the most rewarding and delightful experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Nick Maiello was incredibly helpful when I initially called after checking out several (non-Mazda vehicles) on the Flood website. I honestly had no interest in Mazda… and was looking at other “used” vehicles in their inventory. Nick took the time to talk to me… gave me his honest opinion of compact and mid-size SUVs and invited me to come in and check out their selection of cars. He never tried to “sell” me anything… it was a very relaxed conversation – almost as if I was talking with a friend I’d known for years. He was personable, he was professional and that was just the start… Upon arriving at Flood Mazda, I experienced what I would consider as “red carpet treatment” - shocked that although I was shopping for a used car within a budget - Nick, treated me no differently than a customer in the market for a new car. He had a 2020 Mazda CX-5 already running out front, ready for me to drive. Prior to taking the initial test drive, Nick shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle’s features and history. He even came along for the ride with me… showing me all the cool bells and whistles. The entire experience was so relaxing and pleasant. Nick was incredibly professional, a wealth of knowledge, courteous, patient and most importantly - honest. A rare trait when shopping for a new or used vehicle. He never pushed or pressured me into the numerous other options available on the lot. He was supportive of my needs and respectful of my time. He truly went above and beyond. I left, positive and relieved - I found my new car! The following day, I arrived with my father to complete the purchase. Nick was beyond organized - he had already prepped all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival, was patient answering our countless questions, understanding of my financial limits, presented my options in terms I could understand, offered the best available pricing on my trade in - there was no “typical car salesman” banter or mindless sales pitch. He provided a seamless process and flawless execution all while remaining admirably personable. And he never once skipped a beat when we decided last minute to go brand new and buy a 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition right off the showroom floor. The calming persona of Flood Financer Cody Harvey put any anxiety and worry I had about the financial paperwork and warranty options at ease – such a different experience than your typical dealership transaction. Not only did he explain every detail of the offer and options available to me - he was down to earth with a welcoming sense of humor and a warming charm. We completed the entire transaction in about 90 minutes – something I would consider unheard of when purchasing a new car. Just before I drove my new wheels off the lot, Nick took the time to once again provide top notch customer service - ensuring I had my proof of updated insurance, connected my mobile phone to the Bluetooth, reviewed how to safely operate the electronics, helped adjust the bass and treble in the stereo and answered last minute questions about my new purchase. An experience I won’t soon forget. An experience I will continue to share with anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. I can’t thank you enough, Nick for making my dream of owning a BRAND NEW vehicle a reality. I recently visited Mastria Mazda and the experience was top notch. Right as I entered the dealership, Ryan immediately greeted me and found a sales associate to help me with my search. Sales associate Santiago was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with trying to find a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from NuCar. Our salesperson Malcolm Carter is Top Notch! All the staff from sales to service is friendly, courteous and helpful. This dealership is the best. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for sales or service.

Well run dealership. I've always been treated well, including service, which is where I take my car for regular oil changes and the rare occasional repair. I've owned the car since 2015. I don't go anywhere else, even though it is slightly out of my way.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased.
