Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.

Great car/suv. Great in snow with all weather tires. The car is very roomy without being too large. Excellent height for seeing over large suv's pulling out of a parking lot. Twenty miles per gallon is very respectable for all wheel drive on such a large vehicle. Six cylinder engine is much better that the turbo 4 of later models. Headlights are prone for condensation.

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

I bought a 2012 CX-9 AWD Grand touring model in 2016 with 59k miles on the odometer. We now have 178K miles on the odometer and we still love the car. It has been rock solid. In 7 years and now with 178k on the odo, the only maintenance has been an alternator and a radiator. Of course oil changes/brakes/battery as any car would need. The leather heated seats still look new and work great. It's very roomy... with all seats down we can fit a twin mattress in the back. I have towed a popup camper several times a year and it tows it like it's not there (about 2000lbs). The awd goes through snow easily, but I doubt if it is hardly ever engaging and would probably have been fine with FWD only. We plan on driving the CX-9 until it has at least 250k on the odo, which should take about 4 more years. As others have stated, the mpg is a little low for this class of vehicle. We get around 17.5 mpg mostly until we get out on the highway, where we can get 22-23mpg.

Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.
