I came to Jake Sweeney Mazda because a shop had told me I needed to get my codes reset to complete work that had been done on my car. When Jake Sweeney Mazda ran a diagnostic, they quickly determined the issue wasn’t actually fixed and recommended possible routes forward. The inspection was incredibly thorough, complete with a detailed breakdown of each service request and even a video walkthrough of the items that needed attention. That level of care made me realize it was time to pull the plug on my old car, so I decided to test drive a new one. Xavier, who helped me in the service center, made me feel valued the entire time. Even though my car was old, I was never treated like my business didn’t matter. Joe assisted me with the test drive, making sure I got behind the wheel of the specific car I wanted. He was kind, patient, and most importantly, never pushy. I came in with preconceived notions about dealerships and salespeople, but Joe and the Jake Sweeney team completely changed my perspective.
