When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. When the vehicle arrived, I met up again with Jacob and it took no more than 30 mins to get me out the door with my new car. I appreciate the help from you and the dealership. Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

I purchased a new Suburban from Lance Vadnais back in 2004 when Luther Brookdale was Iten Chev. It was a good experience. When I started looking for a new Suburban and saw Lance was at Luther Brookdale, I sought him out again. Same great service & communication. He kept in touch with me till the end. Great experience overall, highly recommended sales technician.

The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Luther Brookdale's service sold us on getting a new Mazda. I'm buying the service as much as a new car.

What I thought would be impossible became my best ever car buying experience. It was a race to meet a relocation deadline and Montrell Yancey was able to find the exact car I wanted (not currently on the lot), have it delivered to the new address out of state, and has been in contact to ensure all is well. Montrell continues to provide the absolute best service. His personal touch with every question and detail is refreshing and has definitely made a lasting impression with me.

Just leased a new car from Burnsville Volkswagen. It was the 6th car either purchased or leased from them. Aaron Stephens was our sales consultant. He did a marvelous job of providing answers and questions throughout the long process to get our first EV. He answered all questions calmly and factually. My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. We met with Blake Erickson who had excellent knowledge of the CX9 and answered all of my wifes questions about the CX9 and its technology. Blake was a pleasure to work with. Blake and his team were easy to do business with.

I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!

Sohail made everything easy! At the end of the day, we had a great shopping experience and got a beautiful car at a fair price. Sohail had some minor dents repaired even drove the car out to us at 8:30 at night!!!

This dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying experience easy and quick. I spotted a car online I liked and gave them a call to check if it's still available. We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Made a decision and in an hour, the sales person delivered my new car to my house and picked up my trade in. It was super quick and easy. Best car buying experience I've had. Thanks Walser Subaru!
