I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! We unfortunately had two old Mazdas which were purchased from Gaithersburg Mazda that died. They tried their best in the service department (which by the way is also a 5-star department) to repair them but the writing was on the wall. We needed two new cars. Maynor Guzman was just the most caring and knowledgeable salesperson we met since being an ongoing customer there. No matter how much time we needed to make a decision or asked to test drive more than one vehicle, he was very accommodating and then some. And his service didn't stop there. Gave us his card should we have any questions on how some of the technology works. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff.

The service was great and fast. There was not extra add-ons that some dealership try to get you to buy.

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.
