To be honest I don?t usually write detailed reviews, but AutoNation Honda Dulles truly deserves it. This was my third time servicing my Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid here, and each visit has been consistently excellent. In today?s world, it?s rare to find a service center where you genuinely feel valued as a customer but that?s exactly how I feel every time I walk in. Michael Helmke from the service team has been exceptional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes conversations, and makes sure I?m comfortable with the recommendations before any work is done. His honesty, professionalism, and calm approach create real trust and that makes all the difference. It?s the reason I continue to ask for him whenever I schedule service. During my recent visit, they also provided a loaner vehicle at no cost while my car was being serviced for three days. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers? time and commitments. Not every dealership offers that, and it truly made my experience stress free. I want to emphasize that it?s not just one person the entire team operates with the same positive, customer first attitude. From check-in to vehicle pickup, everything feels organized, transparent, and smooth. Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

Century repaired a broken skid plate in October and it was broken again by oil change company - Valvoline. Century repaired it a few days ago at no cost. I am a big fan of Century and this is where I will come for repairs and to buy a new truck. World class service.

It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

Recently leased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 I6 Turbo Premium Plus. Love the vehicle so far. Considered a PHEV with huge discounts but was able to get a nicer 2024 I6 for around the same price, and it’s a much better vehicle. Love the interior and the styling. Drives great. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Never Had a Mazda and I Love the CX-90! It Handles GREAT! I love the interior and how sleek it is. You will not regret going with a Mazda.

If you're thinking about the PHEV version of this car, here's my take on it from personal experience: Pros: Quiet Ride: It's super quiet, which is great. Nice Interior: The inside feels fancy and comfortable. Fun to Drive: It handles well and is enjoyable on the road. Middle Row Seats: The bucket seats are comfy and make extra space for stuff. Cons: Short Electric Range: Even though they say it can go 26 miles on electric, I mostly get just 20 miles. And it takes forever (like 13 hours) to charge, sometimes not even fully. The 495 miles of highway that Mazda states seems very lofty and exaggerated Quick to Lose Charge: The battery drains faster than you'd expect. Slow Acceleration: It doesn't pick up speed as quickly as you'd think because of some lag. Wireless Charging Issues: The wireless charger is hit or miss and really slow. Sensor Problems: The car sensors aren't always right. They've mistakenly warned me of cars ahead when there weren't any, which is annoying. Infotainment System: If you've used Mazda systems before, you know they can be a pain. Simple stuff like pausing music or connecting your phone can be frustrating. And you need the most expensive version to get a touchscreen. Final Thoughts: I'm not here to bash the CX90-PHEV. Just want to share what I've found for anyone thinking about getting one. If you're considering it, maybe look into leasing to take advantage of any credits. Overall, it's not a bad car when things work.

Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

We bought a 2018 used Rogue from Mauricio ( sales) and his manager Kambiz Faris. They were great. Fair price and very honest people. Our key fob battery showed low after about a week. They helped us at no charge and with a smile.
