The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

My recent service visit was excellent. Arrived greeted and service provided within a reasonable amount of time. It is refreshing to see a company still focused on customer service and not just profits.

I bought a Mazda Carbon Edition S 2.5 sedan and I love it! It handles so very well and takes the turns well. The color is the bluish gray. The stylist design of the car body is awesome. I enjoy driving a sedan once again instead of a SUV. The car is most comfortable to sit in. The dealership where I purchased it was wonderful to deal with as were the salesmen and the manager, Sam, who I met. My Carbon Edition is just awesome to drive. The interior is a burgundy color and the appointments in it are very stylish. I am still learning how to use all instruments on the dash, but I haven’t spent as much time doing so as I should have. My salesman,Luke , has offered to help with this if I want him to. I thoroughly recommend a Mazda to everyone, maybe a sedan is not what you want, you might want another model. I have had two SUVs and I wanted a change when I purchased a new car. Buy a Mazda.

This is a great car for the money. I looked at and test drove other cars, but this had the best overall comfort and driving experience for my needs. The soft-touch surfaces throughout the interior make the car feel more upscale, and the rotary dial interface is very easy to use and actually reduces distractions compared to a traditional touchscreen. I opted for the non-turbo engine, which is still very sporty and more than adequate for city and highway driving as well as some curvy canyon roads. The engine sounds great and feels eager to be pushed more when you want to. While other compact sedans might have more space in the backseat or trunk, for me this is not an issue, as I don’t haul much cargo, and I’m usually the only one in the car. If you want something that looks great, rides well, is sporty and fun, and yet gets good mileage and is safe and practical, it’s hard to beat this car.

Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

Huge fan of this car! Highly recommended. This is a lease that I got after my lease on a 2020 Honda Civic. 85-95% of the Mazda experience is better than the Mazda experience is better than the Honda Civic experience with a few caveats. First, the infotainment on the Mazda is way better. Ignore what people say about a touch screen and how this car needs a touch screen. That is not true. The infotainment with the knob works better and is better for driver engagement than the Honda touch screen in my experience. The best evidence of this is with the Honda, I used my phone more than the infotainment system and with the Mazda I can do everything I need through the infotainment system. Second, the interior is very comfortable and it feels great. All of the places that had hard surfaces where my knees go while driving now have soft, leather surfaces with padding. Handling is superb with less body roll. The automatic transmission sounds like a real motor, no CVT drone. Pickup and power are more than adequate for all situations.

Easy purchase with the dealer finding me a great pickup. Will definitely use this dealer in the future if looking for a GMC. Vehicle was exactly what I wanted.

Have always been leery of having service done at car dealerships ---- but not at Fields Mazda. I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! Routine service at the dealership has also been great w/constant communication & a video of the service details texted after complete. In December, Jose reached out to us asking if we wanted to look into a newer MX-5 which we actually were debating even b4 his outreach. We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. The team we worked with - Jose, Alex, Dave in finance and Beth - were all incredible - efficient, helpful, understanding of a customers time, honest and just fun to work with. We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!
