Whether this approach comes from formal training (Sandler perhaps?) or natural instinct, it reflects a consultative sales style that is both rare and refreshing. Throughout the process, she handled my questions and requests regarding features, purchasing options, and pricing with efficiency and professionalism. At no point did she keep me waiting unnecessarily or make me feel like an inconvenience. Her consistency and attention to the customer experience were evident at every stage. You are fortunate to have such a skilled and polished salesperson on your team. Madeline represented Stevenson Hendrick Mazda exceptionally well, and she made the buying experience a positive one.

I have purchased my last two cars from Classic Mazda. Savannah helped me with my recent purchase of a CX50. She is very knowledgeable,and does not pressure you. I will be buying any future car from her, I liked and appreciated her.

The service was great and fast. There was not extra add-ons that some dealership try to get you to buy.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. Great experience at Brickell Mazda. Daniel Chang and New Car Manager Oliver Mayoral were excellent. I met Daniel on his first week at Mazda a few months back, and he made sure to follow up and work with me on the time frame I set for myself to lease a new CX-9. When the time came, I called Daniel with exactly what I wanted. He spoke to Oliver who then called me to come in. Thanks to Daniel and Oliver the transaction was painless.
