Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

Quick response from the folks at the dealership. Set up a day to come by. No pressure from anyone there. Explained their process, pricing and service. Super clean, super polite people there. The car we were looking at got sold the next day while we checked on another vehicle. Dealership let us know immediately. I will go back when looking for another car! Very professional.

I had an excellent buying experience with Michael Flaifel at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I bought a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 through Michael who goes by Mikey. He made the experience easy. I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.
