Excellent service!
Excellent service! Got the perfect family car for me and my littles ones. Thanks CARS 4 U and crew!
Fantastic Car
I was given a 2003 Tribute at the beginning of my senior year in high school from my grandfather, and despite having...I'd say, 150000 - 180000 miles on the odometer, it ran very well, and still does. My grandfather drove it off the lot new in 2003 and used it for 17 - 19 years commuting back and forth to work, and it has about 205500 miles on it now, and it's running fantastically. You know it's a good car when it can have 180000 miles on it and survive a year plus of a new driver navigating mountain roads both too quickly and too slowly. For a while (as in several years), there was a problem where the engine would shudder violently at a less-than-1000-rpm idle, but that problem seems to have been solved recently, at least for the past month or so.

Really good buy.
Purchased the 2005 Tribute AWD 4 cylinder A/T new, daily driver and for weekend trips. Currently (2023) has 280k miles. As a precaution at 250k miles, we O/H'd the tranny, O/H'dm rear differential, replaced rubber brake lines, throttle cable, wheel bearings, u-joints. Didn't replace CV joints, as they are still tight. Interior is holding up well, exterior paint showing some age from being parked outside. I run Toyo AT tires, rated for 55k miles, 3 sets now exceeded 75k miles with one set going 85k. Only thing I don't like is the road noise from the (traction) tires. 21 mpg city, 25 hwy. Without cruise control. Very reliable, no surprises. Paid $16k new, spent $6k a couple years ago on repairs. Was worth it. It's a no frills rig that never lets me down. Not a lot of electronic stuff to fail. 4 stars overall because the seats could've been softer.

Best car I’ve owned
I have a 2008 model with 109K miles and climbing. This car has exceeded my expectations and has been the most reliable car I’ve owned. I wish Mazda would bring back a modernized version as I wouldn’t hesitate to upgrade to a newer model.

It's 2024 & I still own my Fabulous 2010 Mazda Tribute, only 109,000 miles, learned many years ago keep the oil changed & a vehicle will last forever. I wish Mazda would have kept it in their lineup. If you come across one, grab it, if taken care of like mine. Went yesterday to see Mazda's 2024 SUV's & prices, OMG I was asked if I would be trading mine in? I said no way, it's been to good to me & after seeing what's out there( plastic) & the price, only brings we more pleasure with my 2010 Mazda Tribute, I already have the best SUV with an easy 200,000 + miles to drive . I'm so happy that I'm not a High Maintenance Woman just like my 2010, not too many more years & we both will be Classics !!

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.
249,000 miles - still going great
A surprise in reliability. Bought a new 2001 Tribute DX 6cyl w/ 4x4. Haven't bought another car yet, 20 years later. Agree with others that little things or expected things happen after 20 years. Fuel pump, driver's side window motor needed replacing, interior door panel's cloth came unglued, fog lights don't currently work, windshield replaced when cracked from New Mexico rocks and drivers, engine seems to be heating oil leaks...but I do religious oil changes and fluids and the car keeps running. I've driven it cross country 12 times, New Mexico to Florida. Beautiful and never a break down. This car is a big part of me and my mobility, but sadly I have to look for a new car next couple months. I want another Mazda or Toyota, I'll never go back to owning a car for 50,000 miles and then selling. What an experience this has been!

Check them out for a good deal on a good car.
Great little dealership. Bought a salvage car from them and it has had no issues. Been a few years now and all I have had to do is the regular maintenance. If you are interested in a car, I'd recommend going out there and checking them out. The price was right and the cars I checked out were good.
Bought our '06 Tribute used w/ 145k miles.
Bought our '06 Tribute used w/ 145k miles. Purchased it just as a "local errands" car to keep miles off our '22 Mustang's odometer and leave my older Ford F250XL w/V10 parked because it loves fuel. Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of room for the two of us + our pit bull and luggage. Have used it for a few trips to Florida and to Helen GA. No issues, decent gas mileage and overall comfortable to drive. Not as easy on the body as some of the larger SUV'S, (Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator), but still comfortable and easier on the wallet when it comes to fuel, (and insurance), and insurance costs. Normally, we flip our older used vehicles every 6-8 months but the wife wants to keep this one awhile, she feels comfortable operating it. Went so far as to purchase a Thule cargo box for the roof rack to give us even more space. I think Mazda may have made a mistake discontinuing this model in favor of the smaller CX models.

Our workhorse.
We bought a 2003 4cyl Tribute in 2013 with 105,000km. It has now done 170k. It is used for all the jobs we don't want our Mercedes to do...shopping centre car parks, towing the trailer, taking the boat to the ramp, taking rubbish to the tip. It has been totally reliable and cheap to run, a bit more power would be nice.

I recently rented a van for a night out with friends, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from both Tim Short Autoplaza and Josh Fite who helped me out. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly committed to making sure I had a smooth experience. A special shoutout to Josh Fite – he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and he answered all my questions without any pressure or upselling. The van itself was clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable — perfect for our group night out. It ran smoothly and had more than enough space for everyone and their gear. Everything worked perfectly, and returning it the next day was hassle-free. Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a reliable rental and excellent customer service. Thanks again to the team and especially Josh Fite for making it so easy!

Good, short wheelbase ride. Lots of pep.
Great turning radius. Lots of headroom. V6 gives great power and acceleration when you need it. Interior layout, save for where the ignition hides, is good.

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only
I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only 12,000 miles through IMOTO, and the experience was unlike any car buying process I’ve ever had — in the best possible way. At first, I was hesitant. The concept is unique: you connect with IMOTO on your computer while they share their screen and give you access to thousands of vehicles available at auction. You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. I still don’t know how they managed to get it purchased, transported from Illinois, cleaned, detailed, and delivered so quickly, but they did. I wrote the check, signed the paperwork, and the whole process was smooth, honest, and straightforward. Now, let me talk about the value. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re hesitant like I was, don’t be. IMOTO is the real deal, and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the entire process.
Most versatile car possible
I love the tribute. First I owned an '02 which drove smoothly with no major repairs through 220,000 miles. I'm now on my second, an '06 which I got a week ago and I'm loving even more. These cars will give you what you want in an SUV without compromising agility

Very Nice SUV
Nice vehicle. Mazda version of Ford Escape. My trade was a Ford Explorer so I felt very comfortable making the transition to this smaller SUV-driver?s instrumentation is very similar. I bought the Tribute because it is 4 wheel drive. Living now in Connecticut, I appreciate this feature. Very good heater. I also like the audio system-the MP3 connection works with my Rand McNally GPS system well. The only regret is that the owner?s manual shows the fully loaded model. Those features like the heated seats, stereo controls on the steering wheel and the backup camera mirror look awesome. Nonetheless I really like this base model Mazda Tribute.

Overall a fairly decent experience.
Overall a fairly decent experience. There were standard negotiations, and the employees were cordial. Always remember that you won’t beat the dealership. A couple things to note about my experience: 1) the listing specified one owner, and when I got the car fax upon the sale it listed two owners. Along those lines, when I asked to see the car fax report during the prior visit, I was given a very basic and somewhat redacted version. Did not show service records or the second owner. This can cause suspicion on the buyers part. 2) the dealership charged $1000 for the Zurich protection even though I didn’t ask for it. The salesman claimed it was a part of the value of the car, but in my opinion, it should be up to the customer if they want it or not. Not my problem if you as the dealer choose to put it on. Don’t try and make the buyer responsible for it. Also, at the final signing, I was lowkey pressured into signing up for the Zurich plan that would nonchalant raise the final price over $2000. I simply said no and I think they were shocked that I knew I could refuse it. The way it was explained was carefully crafted to make it sound like it was not optional. But the add ons are always optional. 3) the online listed price is the financed price. If you plan to pay in cash, expect the price to be $1000 higher. I was unaware of this. Also, I was not told that they don’t take personal checks, so after I had signed the paperwork, they asked for my check and informed me I needed a certified bank check. Luckily my bank had a branch only 10 minutes away, but for some that would be more of an inconvenience. For me it was simply an extra annoyance. Not a sleazy dealership but definitely need to be aware of those things. Hopefully I have success with the vehicle.
A good all round vehicle
I bought a 2005 Mazda Tribute with the towing package, and 3.0 automatic for 4k with 149,000 miles on it. Being a 17 year old vehicle I have had to fix broken or missing interior panels, whoever owned this before neglected it and used it as a family beater. That being said I've spent about 400 bucks in restoring it to factory condition and it hasn't given me a problem since! It drives just how it did brand new. There isn't any suspension or brake problems. There is road noise but you can talk to people in the vehicle without raising your voice. Its very torquey which I like. The brakes are very good, this vehicle has power disk brakes all the way around. The steering is always tight, but the wheel is not hard to turn. The vehicle likes 60 but it will hold 80 without any swaying. I'm sure it will go faster but I have not tried. The fuel economy is very good for a SUV I get 20-25 miles to the gallon on the highway with the AC full blast. The interior is comfortable but dated of course. My only genuine complaint about the interior is that there is very few cupholders. WARNING for people who fix their own vehicles: to reach anything at the rear of the motor you need to remove the intake manifold. This makes a 10 minute sparkplug job a 3 hour one

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.
