This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Needed help with cost of rear wheel alignment. But salesman would not consider any help with a price drop to help me cover the alignment as was noted by mechanics.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

I take my 2014 Rogue to Glendale Nissan for all service/repairs. I find them to be trustworthy & they do an excellent job. Recently had a lot of work done & the service advisor Chris really helped me by finding as many discounts as possible. I appreciate his efforts as well as the whole service department.

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. My salesman Chris went above and beyond with getting me in this car and even fixed the air conditioner on another vehicle I drove there to buy this car! I’ve never had that happen before. My future car purchases will be with him and this dealership!

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

I just bought my 2017 corvette grand sport two weeks ago. I flew in from New York. I can’t say enough good things about the process. We worked with Armin, he was top notch. Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

Car drop off for maintenance and repair was very convenient. No appointments needed. Work completed on time. Precise and accurate paper works with recommended maintenance.

I've driving sports cars muscles cars and high end luxury cars. Mazda wins for the cost in reliability, features for cost, drivability, and design. It's drives nicer than it's competitors Honda, and toyota. BTW those are its competitors your buying a reliable car when you choose a mazda it's no Chevy Ford nissan or Hyundai garbage. Safety rating good. No cat transmission which some are okay but maintenance cost is less with mazda and they make their transmission in house and their solid reliable. Engine gets good gas mileage it's a big suv smaller motor but still plenty of get up and go for being a 4 cylinder if you consider it slow remember it's non turbo so less maintenance cost things to worry about plus still get great gas mileage.

I see a lot of complaints on this car. Maybe from a different class. I grew up lower middle class so the fact that I've had this car for 5 years and the only issue I've had is the compressor...im happy.

Such a smooth driving SUV. But the transmission/engine cannot find the proper ratios to respond quickly from 15-35 mph. Very frustrating in busy traffic. Otherwise, beautiful interior and very reliable. The entertainment system takes forever to start on initial start up. GPS looks like it from 2002.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

This car is a blast to drive. Handles very well. We'll done quality interior. Very good looking exterior.Killer Bose sound system. This Mazda3 Grand Touring is laid out. Everything you need and more. This will be my 2nd Mazda 3 Hatchback. Had a 2010 just bought a 2015. I really love this car.
