I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Please ask for Heath if you are looking for exceptional service. He is knowledgeable, delivers what he promises, always polite and professional. The waiting lounge is nice and clean.

I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. but I loved this 2018 Mazda 3 HB so much, I kept it for myself! We needed a hatchback with good mileage & reasonable insurance rates for our college bound daughter. We drove just about every low - mid range hatchback out there: Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra GT, VW Golf etc. The Mazda 3 was not even on our radar. We just happened to see one at a car lot while test driving a Honda Fit. We really liked the look, so we took it for a spin. It was fabulous! Now to be clear, I'm NOT your typical small car guy. I've been driving a Suburban & Ford Flex Limited for the past 20 years. But this little car blew me away. Much more comfortable than any of the others we'd driven. It seemed to have more power/speed. It handled like a dream. The brakes were super. The interior was so much nicer than the others & it was loaded with option like heated seats, BLIS, power leather driver seat, moonroof, back up cam, navigation and a crisp & loud Bose sound system. The road noise was minimal. We bought it on the spot & plan to buy another one - for her -soon. Absolutely love this car. I didn't care for the radio controls (by shifter) at first - but now I don't think I'd have it any other way. Just a great little car! Averaging 32mpg combined.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

My new CX-30 is excellent. Design handling ergonomic quality marvelous. The infotainment system is not easy for me as an older person but eventually I get it going. The dogs love it.

I have never had such a perfect car. Mazda knew what they were doing designing this car. The interior is beautiful and the styling of the outside is sharp and stands out on the road. My only complaint about the vehicle is I wish the steering wheel came out like one more inch. It's not huge I can deal with it but since I'm 6'1 I have the seat all the way back and down. Besides that, this is as close as they come to a perfect car. Very reliable and fast, which is very hard to find in a vehicle of this class. Also a huge thanks to Mazda for not putting CVT's in your vehicles. I love the 6-speed automatic it works just fine and I have peace of mind that it's not going to have issues 35k miles into ownership.

Like a bmw but better. Has all aspects that my finances bimmer has but more comfortable and more room. The oy thing I found was it has an issue with unlocking all door using the fob.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Great car for everyday use that doesn't break the bank. I get under 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers after religiously monitoring fuel consumption for almost 50,000 kilometers. For a 2.0 gasoline engine, that's quite an achievement. The car also proved to be reliable on long trips, offering plenty of luggage space and a comfortable ride. The only annoying thing is the interior noise when driving on the highway.
