I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

I have bought three cars in my life thus far and although the process was professional -it was cold. Most people looking for a car head off the one of the larger car dealers. No, the office is not all jazzy-but it's comfortable, cozy, clean and professional-just the way I like it. Hani is a wonderful man as well as very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very hard trying to get me a good interest rate as well as working with different numbers scenario's to get me what I could afford. He was very patient and kind and answered all my questions with a cheerful attitude (and yes,I asked alot of questions!). We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

I am completely satisfied with the overall quality, design and performance of my CX70. After nearly 4 months, my CX70 has been trouble free, and very economical. Many people have complimented favorably about the beautiful style of my CX70. It's truly a fantastic automobile!

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. I received a call within a hour or two after inputting my inquiry online. The salesman was very friendly and we ended up coming to the dealership the next day to reserve a vehicle. The dealership itself was super nice, big, and everyone was friendly. After searching different locations, the salesman found our dream car and was able to purchase it! The car arrived two days later and upon picking it up, the car was cleaned and the paperwork was efficiently done. I’d highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

Okay, not flexible on price. I would say sales guy was a little rude. Maybe he was sitting on something.

The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

needed to return a car purchased before and it had problems. after trying to repair the car we all decided i needed to purchase. another car i purchase the sunsru and likes it. they were very fair in the exchange of money. only complained might be that since i am so far away from the dealership it was hard to communicate

IT is a super car that has great performance for the price. I am 6'4" and found it a great experience. It is comfortable to drive and good in the entry and exit :-) All in all, we are very satisfied with this vehicle.

Prefer not to do these reviews, but sales person was patient, pleasant, and polite. My second sale from Lexus of Marin, and I?d do it again.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

First-class service/sales center and first-class staff! In no way have I been disappointed for some years. While there are dealerships closer to my home, the additional miles are worth the drive.

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!
