The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Kevin demonstrated the Toyota customer service philosophy when I arrived 2-hours before the dealership closed, and even though his shift had ended, Kevin stopped to ask if I needed help. I was sold on TOYOTA of LOUISVILLE before I had even selected my new car, because of Kevin's professionalism, honesty and thorough knowledge of TOYOTA products. My experience at Toyota of Louisville was refreshing, and vastly different than my experience at another Toyota Dealership. If you're shopping for a TOYOTA product, begin your search with TOYOTA of Louisville, and you'll understand what I'm talking about. This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!
