There are a lot of professional reviews that state the absolute fun of driving this vehicle. After owning this car and driving in multiple traffic conditions in south Florida, I have to say that the reviews are completely correct. I've owned my share of cars, including some sports cars, like a 2021 WRX (manual tranny) and a 2004 RX-8 (auto tranny). This 2022 Miata MX-5 definitely beats the WRX hands down in drivability and fun. It also edges out the RX-8, but the rotary is something in its own class. My favorite thing about this car is the gear ratio. It fits in almost every driving condition. There's plenty of room in 1st and 2nd while in rush hour traffic, and if you want to step on it, holy cow! This car is F>A>S>T>!!! It's reportedly set to go to 60mph in under 6 seconds, and I believe it. After 500 miles on the odo, the car seemed to open up and got even more fast and fun. At first I thought the cockpit was too small. After getting into this car from my Mazda 3, I felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic. That lasted about three days. Now it feels totally natural and comfortable. I'm 5'9" and slender build, so I really fit in this car. Someone above 6ft tall and larger build would probably feel tight. This is a glorious go kart, with a Bose stereo, terra cotta leather seats, and platinum quartz color. It corners like no one's business, and if I turned off my traction control, it would drift beautifully. With the traction control, it catches and corrects in an intentional slide. The turning radius is ridiculously tiny. Throwing the top open takes about 3 seconds, literally. The seats have speakers in the head area for calls and the higher pitch of the Bose sound. This is my daily driver, and I love it. If you have a partner who has a larger car for the more practical notions, go get one of these before you turn 80. You'll be glad you did.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. I moved up from a 2015 Mazda 3 sport to the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring soft top in May of 2020. It is soul red with tan leather interior. I have received many compliments from people who say the car looks more expensive then it really is. I prefer the soft top over the hard top model because it was almost 5 grand cheaper and I get more open space when driving with the top down. Takes me about two seconds to drop the top even while I'm sitting in the driver seat at a stop light. It is a lot of fun in sport mode on the highway as you can easily pass about anyone in seconds. Sometimes people move out of you way when they see you in their rear view mirror, lol. I turned off the lane departure feature as it beeps too much for me. I love the blind spot feature, automatic headlights, automatic climate control, seat heaters, and rain sensing wipers. There is a lot of wind noise in the cabin even with the top up and it is not as comfortable on long rides like the Mazda 3 was but I wouldn't go back. The trunk space is only good for one week of groceries or one carry on suitcase. There is no spare tire so I recommend having roadside assistance. CarPlay for iPhone works seamlessly and the Bose system sounds awesome. Build quality is top notch on this car, nothing feels cheap, and everything is laid out well. You have storage behind your seats but be aware the glove box is in between the seats and can be blocked by anything in the cup holders. I'm 5 foot 3 so this car fits me perfectly.

After riding motorcycles for 56 years, at 66, I bought a 2010 Miata MX5 GT with soft top and 6 speed auto/manual. Weighing 175 lbs. puts the car with equal weight on all 4 wheels. This is the most fun car I’ve owned. My grandson will get it when I kick the bucket. I’ll be hanging on to it as long as I can.

At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.

I just purchased a 2010 Mazda Miata yesterday and I Love it! It's so me. I said I wanted my own selfish car and I have it. I own a 2017 Kia Sedona minivan for the family. I'm always sacrificing as us women may do and I wanted something just for me. I am pleased! I found the listing on Cars.com.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

December 2024 bought a 2023 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with 34,500 miles. Drove the car from South Florida to the SC coast, 10 hours. Fantastic fun drive! 6 speed manual with a soft top only weighs 2350 pounds, spirited ride, excellent power and fuel economy, 35 mpg. Good tech with blind spot monitors, cruise, power windows and locks. Push button start, heated seats and navigation just enough tech. Puts a smile on your face just looking at it, lots of compliments and you are just happy driving this magnificent, magical machine!! Just love it! 🥰

Every time I have sold or traded in my Miata I have regretted it. We relocated to Corpus Christi, Texas from Salt Lake City, Utah last November. We had three cars including a 2008 MX-5 that I had bought in 2020 with only 36,000 miles on it. We sold the 2008 MX-5 and after moving I decided to get another one, my fourth. It took about a month but I was lucky to find a 2010 GT PRHT WITH!!! just 1500 miles! I had it shipped here from Garland, Texas and am so glad I did. This Miata must have been in a car collection since it looks like it just came off of a showroom floor. The engine still smells like a new engine breaking in and there is not a scratch on it. Love this car and will never sell this one. This 2010 handles better than my previous three did.
