I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

Only dealt with them via text. Very responsive to our needs. Decided not to buy anything at this time.

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

Good work done with customer service by this company, the dealer's response was quite quick and accurate, and the responsible for managing the applications is very attentive

Love my new car I really love the touch screen that I have I never had one before also I love the space behind the cup holder is perfect enough for my phone…. I must admit I don’t know much about cars only the basic I brought my son when I was going to purchase this car oh and I love my black rims

Chucky was thorough and professional from the moment that I walked in the door until I drove out. I appreciate the fact that he was not ?pushy?. It also helped that I walked in knowing that I was leaving with a vehicle.

Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

I bought my CR-V at the Eco park, the process was very fast and efficient. And I'm fully satisfied with the car condition. But one day after buying the my car, a warning appeared because of low tire pressure. So it is the only disappointing part the entire buying process.

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

Again ask for Navi! He is honest and knows the maintenance of a vehicle. He cares about his customers and he remembers your name 😃. I trust his recommendations on what is needed to maintain my Nissan Rogue. I never feel pressure from him!!!

I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.
