Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

We bought a 2023 Ford Explorer ST last month at Autolocity. We had a great experience. They had excellent Customer Service and were very friendly. The car was a great price. They were also able to help us find the car that met our needs and answer any questions we had. They were very quick with the paper work and got us on our way. This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Autolocity. We will definitely purchase from them again.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I was dreading the process of buying a car because of all the haggling, hidden fees, and dishonesty associated with the car buying process. I called the day before we came in to see if they had the car we were looking for. Scott was very knowledgable about each car on his lot, and was very friendly. The next morning when we went to go look at the cars that were available at the dealership and found all the cars were clean, orderly, and well kept. Scott was very kind, not the typical "Used Car Salesman", and willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs, and worked with us on the pricing to be extremely competitive, and genuinely cared about our situation. I have never had a car buying experience like this. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at Anderson Motor Company it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

My Infinity was overdue for a thorough inspection. This dealership had discount coupons as well as a valet service to pick it up and return it. I received the results of the inspecton with recommended needs. I was able to pay online. It was as easy a process as I could hope for. A couple of things I needed was not done. When delivering a second vehicle to me, the mechanic finished in about 10 minutes. Javier was wonderful to work with as well as the valet service and the mechanics. I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

My wife and I found Southtowne Mitsubishi to be friendly, fair and fun to deal with. CJ and Mike were wonderful and made us feel like family!

It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

I’ve owned 2 RX7’s,1 RX8 (disappointing), a Prelude, 3 6’s and a 3. Switched toHonda’s 5 yrs ago. I want a 6 Grand Touring Reserve orSignature-possibly a Carbon but not a fan of the muted grey. I am a huge Mazda fan and can’t wait to have em back in my garage.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Dane in the service department was very communicative, calling every step of the way to repair two issues, one of which no one had ever been able to solve. He had a senior tech who was very familiar with my Hyundai model assigned, and it was finally fixed. They even have a video feature so I could see the part needing to be cleaned out. I'm very impressed with how communicative the service department is, and when I came to pick up the car, it had been washed as well. Top flight service.

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.

I owned the 2016 Mazda 3 i sport since 2017; I got it used from Velocity Mazda in Tyler with ~30,000 miles on it. It had always served me well. The only maintenance I did on it were tire replacements, oil changes, and once the motorized lift gate broke and I was unable to open the trunk for a while. The Mazda dealership fixed it pretty quickly. Recently I was in a 3 car accident in which the pickup behind me slammed me into the pickup in front of me. The safety features of this car allowed the front and back to crumple, but the cab was fully intact. This could have been a fatal wreck if the car was not so well designed. Even my service dog in the back seat came out completely unscathed. The car was roomier than the car I had owned before it, and the media system was easy to navigate, with the control panel being easy to reach and use while driving. I would recommend this car to anyone. The only reason I am not buying another one is that I would like to have more cargo space as my needs in life are changing.
