There are a lot of professional reviews that state the absolute fun of driving this vehicle. After owning this car and driving in multiple traffic conditions in south Florida, I have to say that the reviews are completely correct. I've owned my share of cars, including some sports cars, like a 2021 WRX (manual tranny) and a 2004 RX-8 (auto tranny). This 2022 Miata MX-5 definitely beats the WRX hands down in drivability and fun. It also edges out the RX-8, but the rotary is something in its own class. My favorite thing about this car is the gear ratio. It fits in almost every driving condition. There's plenty of room in 1st and 2nd while in rush hour traffic, and if you want to step on it, holy cow! This car is F>A>S>T>!!! It's reportedly set to go to 60mph in under 6 seconds, and I believe it. After 500 miles on the odo, the car seemed to open up and got even more fast and fun. At first I thought the cockpit was too small. After getting into this car from my Mazda 3, I felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic. That lasted about three days. Now it feels totally natural and comfortable. I'm 5'9" and slender build, so I really fit in this car. Someone above 6ft tall and larger build would probably feel tight. This is a glorious go kart, with a Bose stereo, terra cotta leather seats, and platinum quartz color. It corners like no one's business, and if I turned off my traction control, it would drift beautifully. With the traction control, it catches and corrects in an intentional slide. The turning radius is ridiculously tiny. Throwing the top open takes about 3 seconds, literally. The seats have speakers in the head area for calls and the higher pitch of the Bose sound. This is my daily driver, and I love it. If you have a partner who has a larger car for the more practical notions, go get one of these before you turn 80. You'll be glad you did.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The salesperson, JV, we worked with was extremely professional, patient, and truly played a big role in making our visit such a positive one. The facility itself was very clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every employee we encountered was kind and pleasant to work with, which really added to the overall experience. Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. Is you're looking for excuses to take it out for a ride.

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

We were pleased with the work that was done on our vehicle and we are really thankful for all Rick for taking his time with us. Hayes is a great dealership and we would highly recommend them!

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

Again ask for Navi! He is honest and knows the maintenance of a vehicle. He cares about his customers and he remembers your name 😃. I trust his recommendations on what is needed to maintain my Nissan Rogue. I never feel pressure from him!!!

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.
