For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

They were very creative and resourceful with Financing. They made sure that I got the car of my dreams... I'd recommend them to anyone....

I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I walked in not wanting a large payment with not so good credit, I drove many cars over the course of about 3 hours, John was my salesman and was incredibly patient with my indecision. He pulled about a half a dozen of cars for me before I decided on the one I purchased. The finance Dept was incredibly helpful and I ended up with a much lower rate than I expected. They have a wide selection of vehicles as far as pricing, make and model, I could have left with a Ford Fiesta or a Bentley.. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! When you visit Offlease Orlando at 8900 S US Hwy 17 92, Maitland, FL 32751, be prepared to be welcomed into the Offlease Orlando Family with open arms, you will have a great time, and be prepared for plenty of laughs, my time here has been amazing, and I definitely will be back!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car

I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

I was quite pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at Subaru of Kings Automall. Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

Love that it holds 4 car seats and 2 adults. Easy to understand console. Can turn into a huge storage vehicle when seats are folded down. Looks good for the outside. Small width so parks easily. I'm short and the driver's seat gets very close up. Powerful pick up in traffic, too.

I feel very very proud when behind the wheel of my 2016 Mazda 6 Sport and driving it on highways! With record 35,650 miles, it drives very smooth and very efficient. It’s reliability and looks is what makes it a perfect car of my taste. Drive one and feel for yourself!

I don’t normally give a review, due to it is hard to “WOW” me. But this business and Metz were amazing!!! When you go to most car lots, it’s always the sale pitch and then the running back and forth to the finance dept blah blah.. and you spend so much time there that it’s annoying!!! I ha a dealership lose out on over 100,000 in sales because of that!!! Time flies s money and my time is worth it no t to have to go through that Here was not t the case!! They were easy going, professional and actually fun to talk with! No xx. Told them what I wanted took great care of me and my husband left happy which is rare within it self!! I encourage everyone reading this if looking oking for a car to stop by and see them and see for yourself!!! They might not have what you might be looking for, but I bet money they will do what they can to try to get it for ya!!! We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!

I've had my Mazda 6 for only 4 years it has 209,000 on it my husband an I go visit little over 200 miles every other weekend an this car drives great. I am looking for a new car but nothing compairs to mine I love my car 💯

I am extremely impressed by my purchase at stout auto sales. I went in with an abhorrence to used car dealers and their sales people. To my surprise I came across a couple of decent and honest all American guys (Shawn and Mark) who only want to serve other with the golden rule in mind I’m sure. I bought a 2012 CX-9 AWD Grand touring model in 2016 with 59k miles on the odometer. We now have 178K miles on the odometer and we still love the car. It has been rock solid. In 7 years and now with 178k on the odo, the only maintenance has been an alternator and a radiator. Of course oil changes/brakes/battery as any car would need. The leather heated seats still look new and work great. It's very roomy... with all seats down we can fit a twin mattress in the back. I have towed a popup camper several times a year and it tows it like it's not there (about 2000lbs). The awd goes through snow easily, but I doubt if it is hardly ever engaging and would probably have been fine with FWD only. We plan on driving the CX-9 until it has at least 250k on the odo, which should take about 4 more years. As others have stated, the mpg is a little low for this class of vehicle. We get around 17.5 mpg mostly until we get out on the highway, where we can get 22-23mpg.
