No, the office is not all jazzy-but it's comfortable, cozy, clean and professional-just the way I like it. Hani is a wonderful man as well as very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very hard trying to get me a good interest rate as well as working with different numbers scenario's to get me what I could afford. He was very patient and kind and answered all my questions with a cheerful attitude (and yes,I asked alot of questions!). The time I spent there did not feel burdensome like at other dealers, it was a relaxing experience. Fast Trax is a hidden gem among the "giants" !! They have a beautiful one there. Normally I would not have noticed how cool and well built Mazda's are but the sparkling clean exterior drew me to it. All their cars are well kept, clean and you can tell by how they look, Hani takes pride in, and loves his profession. He also cares about people-which is just as important. AAA+++

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

I paid, and in under 30 minutes, was driving away. My wife's airport surprise was a success – she was overjoyed! Don even followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory, testifying to his unwavering commitment. Don understood our needs and explained market realities, navigating everything perfectly with mutual respect. After bait-and-switch tactics elsewhere and a friend's harassment at Santa Rosa Subaru, Don was a complete breath of fresh air. He is a true diamond in the rough. This car is a blast to drive. Handles very well. We'll done quality interior. Very good looking exterior.Killer Bose sound system. This Mazda3 Grand Touring is laid out. Everything you need and more. This will be my 2nd Mazda 3 Hatchback. Had a 2010 just bought a 2015. I really love this car.
