We bought a 2008 Mazda 3 Touring hatchback new. We have driven it for over 15 years / 150,000 miles and have never had anything major break on this car. We change the oil about every 5,000 miles and had to do some work on the C/V joints at about 100K miles. We didn't even need a new clutch until 140K miles. This car handles great, has plenty of acceleration with the 5 speed manual and gets great gas mileage.

Great people, easy access in and out...fast service, great food in waiting area. great service overall. Just a really good experience as far as car service and repairs are concerned.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

The advisors are always courteous and diligent. I trust them with the technical details of my vehicle and they follow through every service item to completion. They provide excellent customer service with complete transparency throughout the process in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Their focus was on the customer's best interests and they were very helpful in the most difficult of circumstances. My car has to be taken for service a long way from my work, but they are always prompt in scheduling my appointment and getting me on the road. I owned the 2016 Mazda 3 i sport since 2017; I got it used from Velocity Mazda in Tyler with ~30,000 miles on it. It had always served me well. The only maintenance I did on it were tire replacements, oil changes, and once the motorized lift gate broke and I was unable to open the trunk for a while. The Mazda dealership fixed it pretty quickly. Recently I was in a 3 car accident in which the pickup behind me slammed me into the pickup in front of me. The safety features of this car allowed the front and back to crumple, but the cab was fully intact. This could have been a fatal wreck if the car was not so well designed. Even my service dog in the back seat came out completely unscathed. The car was roomier than the car I had owned before it, and the media system was easy to navigate, with the control panel being easy to reach and use while driving. I would recommend this car to anyone. The only reason I am not buying another one is that I would like to have more cargo space as my needs in life are changing.

Owned for 6 years. Almost no maintenance required. Just oil changes, new brakes and tires at usual intervals. Great car. Runs well. Performs okay in snow. Better with snow or all season tires. 4 cylinder engine is fine for city use but not great when more power is needed for accelerating and highway passing. Design is good but becoming dated. Interior is good but some nice features are only found on the highest trim level, grand touring.

It's 2024 & I still own my Fabulous 2010 Mazda Tribute, only 109,000 miles, learned many years ago keep the oil changed & a vehicle will last forever. I wish Mazda would have kept it in their lineup. If you come across one, grab it, if taken care of like mine. Went yesterday to see Mazda's 2024 SUV's & prices, OMG I was asked if I would be trading mine in? I said no way, it's been to good to me & after seeing what's out there( plastic) & the price, only brings we more pleasure with my 2010 Mazda Tribute, I already have the best SUV with an easy 200,000 + miles to drive . I'm so happy that I'm not a High Maintenance Woman just like my 2010, not too many more years & we both will be Classics !!

I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

Mike was my service manager and he was great I was very emotional and crancky and not kind and he was very paitient with me. He worked on my car quickly and was very happy inspite of his ruff day

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. This think is a tank. It never breaks, A/C blows cold. I've beat it to a pulp, my son drove it all through high school, including mudding, it just keeps working, no issues!!!

Great car for everyday use that doesn't break the bank. I get under 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers after religiously monitoring fuel consumption for almost 50,000 kilometers. For a 2.0 gasoline engine, that's quite an achievement. The car also proved to be reliable on long trips, offering plenty of luggage space and a comfortable ride. The only annoying thing is the interior noise when driving on the highway.

Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Nate Casper in finance was amazing and even helped to change us from a lease into purchasing the car when he could see that it was better to purchase rather than lease for us. The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!
