We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

I purchased a 2015 Santa Fe new and got an excellent deal from Chris Piper. I also leased at 2017 Elantra for $114 a month. I have no issues whatsoever with the service department or sales personal. I highly recommend this dealership and will defiantly use them when I need a new vehicle.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Even though I did not buy the vehicle I went to look at, I was treated with the utmost respect by the dealership and Chris, the salesman who worked with me. You can definitely tell the difference between sales people when you go to a Mercedes Benz dealership! I only wish they could have certified the Subaru Ascent I looked at because it was really a great deal. When I look for my next vehicle, it will include looking at Mercedes Benz because the cars they had were stellar! Just not the right time this time! Thanks for the experience!

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND RUST WAS ALREADY SHOWING. I TALKED TO JUSTIN , WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCIDENT AND HAD ME BRING THE CAR IN. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND GAVE ME A LOANER TO DRIVE. I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

One of the best driving experiences. Very comfortable, nice power and great looking car. If you put premium fuel in it you get and 20+ horsepower but you can drive on regular. Great option…..

Excellent fit and finish, nicely appointed interior, handles very well, can get up and go. Infotainment system is middling and it rides harshly on 19 inch tires. A good, fun cat overall
