I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

If you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Carl Carter. I can't say enough good about this guy. He did not pressure me, was professional, prompt and found me the car I really wanted. I'll be back to Northtowne VW for sure!

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I've done a lot of research on this model and I've never seen a poor rating. Now I know why! This is one of the most fun cars I've ever driven and it rides really well!

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

Upgraded from the CX-5. The CX-5 proved to be a reliable daily driver, that provided comfort and a sporty drive. We just need more room. So the CX-9 was the logical choice, and we ended up getting the Signature. The 3rd row is great for small kids only. The rear captain's chairs are great. The car does look good, drives well, the turbo has enough power to move it effortlessly no matter how steep the road. The only complaint I have are the front seats! They are too stiff and after a long drive 4+h, I need a break because my tailbone was killing me. Switched drivers' same story with the wife. So bought a kit and tilted the seat a little more than factory and that seems to have solved the issue. I am thinking about finding some CX-5 seats and swapping them out. Otherwise, the car has performed well, no mechanical issues in 30K miles. Your normal oil change and a set of tires. In conclusion, if you need a daily driver with some more room, that is reliable, looks good, drives well, ......this should be on your radar to consider.

I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy. I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships! This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!
