Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

Roy in particular treated me well and was both courteous and professional. I was a walk-in customer and given fair options. Though I ultimately decided not to buy from them, I wouldn't hesitate to look at their cars again.

I find this car fun to drive. I belong to a Miata Club and we take rides into the rural areas of NJ where there are many winding roads and this car performs really well.The suspension is a little stiff but you have to expect that in a little sports car. The only complaint is that it could use a little more horsepower, it's about 150 but the newer cars are now 180

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

My service advisor, Steve, is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful. Facility?s remodeling is currently underway therefore it?s a little chaotic. Once it?s completed and hopefully there?s more seatings for customers to wait.

Interior design needs some help, but thats just my opinion. But the car itself drives great, handles really well and is an enjoyable, fun, drive

I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I brought my car into the dealer location around 10:20 AM and had the services of oil and filter changes with a check-up of other components. It was promised to have the car done in 3 hours which was a bit longer than usual. In the end, it finished around 12:45 PM. I wish it could be done quicker since I was waiting in the store.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

Mike Wynne at Capitol Mazda was the 1st of 3 dealerships in the area to call back. The offer had to be good enough to persuade me to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. The internet price at Capitol Mazda was already reduced by $1600 off MSRP. Right off the bat, Mike said that there was an additional internet discount of $1000…so I didn’t have to do any haggling. I did a Google search of my 9-year old trade-in estimated at $7800-8300; Mike offered $1700 more than the higher end of the Google trade-in value. The car inspection showed some previously known repairs needed but he still gave the original trade-in offer. He also gave honest advice about using navigation on my iPhone through Apple Car Play rather than buying the Mazda navigation sim card.

I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!
