Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

We bought a 2008 Mazda 3 Touring hatchback new. We have driven it for over 15 years / 150,000 miles and have never had anything major break on this car. We change the oil about every 5,000 miles and had to do some work on the C/V joints at about 100K miles. We didn't even need a new clutch until 140K miles. This car handles great, has plenty of acceleration with the 5 speed manual and gets great gas mileage.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I have been looking for a turbo charged Mazda CX-5 which are fairly rare. I have visited several dealers prior to North Penn but drove a little more than an hour because the asking price was lower than what I had seen elsewhere. They gave me a good price for my trade in and a good price for the CX-5. They seem to deal with lower margins because they sold 5 other cars while I was there and they were not able to come down much on the original price they gave me (which was lower than I expected). I bought during the pandemic so I sat outside on a picnic table in a tent during the deal and all staff were masked. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly from Jamie who made the reservation for the visit to Tim who met me as I drove up and who sold me the car to Colleen who helped me with the paperwork. There was no pressure during the sale and no pressure to buy anything such as an extended warranty.

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Purchased a 2019 Avalon from the dealership. Spoke with Jamie and Dan was the sales person I worked with. They offered me a great deal on the price upfront. I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

Great car love the sophisticated and upscale exterior and interior First time hybrid plug in purchase and seeing fuel savings, would like to see greater electric range. One of the best driving experiences. Very comfortable, nice power and great looking car. If you put premium fuel in it you get and 20+ horsepower but you can drive on regular. Great option…..

Bought this at Modern Mazda in Watertown ct from Steve Duffy…car is great,better than expected. Glad I waited for the new model, the console and feel of the car is better than Cx-9. I dont regret , haven’t been disappointed with a thing. Captains chairs, ventilated seats, HUD and console are why I bought this, plus the extra mileage from phev. I’d recommend researching the install of charger at home before purchasing, charging is where you get the real bang for buck. This car is a tremendous value!

Wanted to upgrade from a Mazda3 (my 2nd) to more luxury and I got it with the Mazda6. Beautiful styling. Absolutely the most reliable and easy to care for car I have ever owned. Never fear to be on the road and I love the gas mileage.

I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

My son just bought a certified Mazda6 from Hamilton Mazda. Based on our interaction with Don Calilap and the price agreed to, we drove 3 hours from upstate NY to buy the car. The dealership exceeded our expectations in every way. The car was perfect and all preps were complete. They put brand new Yokohama tires at 26k miles and the car did not have a scratch on it. My son is thrilled.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

Michael Wills responded to my request about the 2007 Honda Odyssey that they had for sale. He set up an appointment for us to look at the van, made a sure I had the correct address, and the day we were going to check it out he reached out to make sure we were not having trouble with directions. He already had the vehicle up front waiting for us and walked us through the directions on the map to test drive it. The van was clean and in great condition. We decided to purchase it and he broke everything down for us so we could get a better idea of our finances. While we were signing the purchase papers Mike had them freshen up the van again and they put a full tank of gas in it for us. Their staff was friendly, and ager to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.
