This was an excellent choice. I really appreciate the patience of the dealership working with me. I think, thought, and over thought this purchase trying to look at every possible angle of why get this vehicle. They had no pressure to buy. They answered any and all questions. They kept offering water/snacks and other amenities for comfort. But no pushy pressure. Patience should be in their title. It was a better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships. Final choice was the iD.4 which they explained everything up front and worked with me to iron out a deal. I tried to look for clues to them being shady or sneaky but it wasn’t there. I feel good about my purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

I was just browsing the parking lot to get an idea of newer cars when I was approached by Chris Hofmann. He was friendly, helpful and really knew his cars. He never pressured me, took the time to answer all my questions. While I wasn't planning on a purchase that day, Chris helped me find the perfect car for me in my price range. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I recently went to get an oil change and was informed I needed my filters changed. This was the first time I was in there for 1.5 hours. Normally the wait is 2+ hours.

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

Pleased, I expected as a small car that the ride would be bumpy. It rides like a larger car. No under carriage noise. No window noise. Very important to me.

Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with Lou again, and I also had the chance to meet some fantastic folks in both the management and finance team.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. He even offered to take our picture with our new car before leaving! I will always highly recommend Ivan and this dealership.

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

I've owned our CX 70 for 9 1/2 months, I like the car very much! So far the car has no problems! I like the 6 cylinder engine in our CX 70, it has adequate power and runs very smoothly. I like the styling both inside and outside. My only suggestions to Mazda to improve the vehicle is to allow the AC vents on the dash to be able to swivel up higher to blow cool air higher in the front of the car. And, the auto off and auto on feature should be smoother, but the system is not so bothersome to turn it off. My fuel mileage has averaged 17.5 miles per gallon, my driving has only been in stop and go traffic. I have not driven the car enough on highways to determine the fuel consumption over the road.
