This car has had 0 problems with 80,000 miles 2012. Keeping it in the family. Will be my daughter's first car. Interior not cheaply made have had a few things break on my like vanity mirror but nothing big and it is 8 years old

completed 50,000 service and recall repair. Called me when finished around noon time.

One of the best driving experiences. Very comfortable, nice power and great looking car. If you put premium fuel in it you get and 20+ horsepower but you can drive on regular. Great option…..

My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Ashley is one of the reasons why I would definitely keep buying vehicles from them!

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. I really like my CX-50 it came loaded with a lot of tech and safety features others make you go to the top trim for. It’s the first car I can have the hvac on auto and have it perform without me intervening. The steering feel and response is great. It holds the road and curves like it’s glued down. Ride is as you would expect from an suv built by Mazda. You know the road and its conditions with out it being a jarring experience. Acceleration is good and in the turbo it’s borderline ridiculous. I’ve been getting 31.3 mpg mixed driving. I tend to do my own shifting as that’s my preference and enjoy. I appreciate it’s an inline 4 with a 6spd it’s balanced and it’s fun. My 21 Honda Accord Sport I replaced it with had a CVT and that’s the only complaint I had about that car. I think both are well made and offer a lot of value. Bottom line it’s a great price for a well rounded good looking fun and easy to live with car. It offers a driving experience vs being a boring transportation machine.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV
