Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

I recently traded this car in ONLY because we wanted more interior space. It served its purpose wonderfully for the 3 &1/2 years we owned it. It handled like a dream and was super easy to park and get around town. I cannot stress it enough that the ONLY reason we traded it in was to get more interior space mostly for cargo.

A capable family transporter and a blast to drive. Seats seven but drives like a much smaller Mazda sports car. This is our fourth Mazda and by far our favorite.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

I was hesitant to trade in my vehicle, but I went to Ernie's and found another vehicle. Bart and Ernie always caring and always smiling. I am so happy I did it and love my new vehicle. This is my third vehicle from them, and I won't go anywhere else.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

general maintenance/oil change for my Honda HRV went well at Lia Toyota Northampton, i dropped off car at 9:45, came back at 3 as instructed but had to wait an additional hour. Scott Ryan was great, very personable and kind. had a front end alignment done as well. everything went great except for the wait.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

I was looking for a good newer car with higher miles and I saw that they have a wide variety of those vehicles. I went there and test drove 3 cars until I found one that was perfect. I paid 8500 cash and allowed them to change my brakes and oil. They also did my registration which was great because it saved me a lot of time. They called me when it was ready. I will definitely check these guys for my second vehicle!

Great car for everyday use that doesn't break the bank. I get under 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers after religiously monitoring fuel consumption for almost 50,000 kilometers. For a 2.0 gasoline engine, that's quite an achievement. The car also proved to be reliable on long trips, offering plenty of luggage space and a comfortable ride. The only annoying thing is the interior noise when driving on the highway.

I absolutely cannot say anything for positive feedback about this vehicle. I purchased (used) a 2010 Mazda 6. This by far is the best vehicle I ever owned. No mechanical issues at all! I’ve owned it for 5 years and then passed it on to my son. I want it back! Only had to replace occasional brakes pads and stay up with oil changes. Mazda is amazing and I hope one day I will be able to afford a new one. I highly recommend. Safety is top notch in my book.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. We were looking to buy my daughter a reliable car she felt safe in but also was not gonna break down. As soon as we pulled in we were nicely greeted and shown several cars in her price range she tested drove a Nissan very clean ran great she loved it we ended up buying it Hampden Trading Co went through the car , detailed it and we picked it up in a few days .They were all very polite and pleasure doing business with. The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

I bought a 2012 CX-9 AWD Grand touring model in 2016 with 59k miles on the odometer. We now have 178K miles on the odometer and we still love the car. It has been rock solid. In 7 years and now with 178k on the odo, the only maintenance has been an alternator and a radiator. Of course oil changes/brakes/battery as any car would need. The leather heated seats still look new and work great. It's very roomy... with all seats down we can fit a twin mattress in the back. I have towed a popup camper several times a year and it tows it like it's not there (about 2000lbs). The awd goes through snow easily, but I doubt if it is hardly ever engaging and would probably have been fine with FWD only. We plan on driving the CX-9 until it has at least 250k on the odo, which should take about 4 more years. As others have stated, the mpg is a little low for this class of vehicle. We get around 17.5 mpg mostly until we get out on the highway, where we can get 22-23mpg.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.
