This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

Aside from the poor positioning of the cupholders and zero ambient lighting, this car is amazing. I've only had it for a month, but it may be my favorite car that I've had. I knew nothing about Mazda and I bought the car online without seeing it first, but really have no regrets. The 12 speaker Bose soundsystem is amazing (which is why I bought it) and I've taken it on a 4,000 mile roadtrip and it was a lot of fun to drive. The "deep crystal blue" color is beautiful and the gas mileage is decent around the city but great on the highway. I'm averaging 320 miles to a tank in the city and 460 on the highway. All in all a great purchase.

Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

We ended up buying our CX-9 once we finished the end of our lease since we have enjoyed the car so much. Currently, our mileage is around 50K miles & we've only had 2 issues so far: check engine light would not go off (emission's issue) and a GPS issue. Our GPS could never locate our car and would show us miles away. The dealer was able to fix both issues. We love the way how solid the car feels on the road and the inside/outside look of the car. Perfect for a family of 4-5 since the 3rd row is tight.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

I bought my Mazda right off the lot in 2020. Its a very nice car, very reliable, perfect for long trips, my only issue was that ot wouldn't shift while I was going up hills/mountains while i drove in regular, had to switch to Manuel to get it to shift properly. The back seat is way small for anyone to sit comfortably, and the seats are to hard to sit comfortably as well. But all in all I love my car i love mazda brand. I wish I would have gotten a bigger size and not the cx3.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.
