We just leased our first Mazda from Koeppel Mazda on Northern Boulevard. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone is so friendly, curteous and professional. The receptionist, our salesperson Sagar, the finance manager and the GSM Saiful - each made sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. This was more than a sales transaction, we felt like they actually cared, and they wanted us to leave happy. Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

I went to service department of CJD of Warwick with an oil leak which horrified me. Bobby Leichter identified the problem, contacted the warranty department and had it fixed for me in no time! I am so grateful I went to see him, and will be returning in the future for all my repair needs on my jeep. Thanks a Million Bobby

Recently bought 2020 X5 M50i from TSF auto sales, drove all the way down from MA to NY. Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

I got this card 2023 in March we are now in July 28, 2023 I'm so satisfied with it I have no complaints drive smooth fits 5 love going on long trips.

JJ I’m in sales & Bobby in the service dept are aces. It’s nice to deal with people who are humans rather then corporate robots.

I really like my CX-50 it came loaded with a lot of tech and safety features others make you go to the top trim for. It’s the first car I can have the hvac on auto and have it perform without me intervening. The steering feel and response is great. It holds the road and curves like it’s glued down. Ride is as you would expect from an suv built by Mazda. You know the road and its conditions with out it being a jarring experience. Acceleration is good and in the turbo it’s borderline ridiculous. I’ve been getting 31.3 mpg mixed driving. I tend to do my own shifting as that’s my preference and enjoy. I appreciate it’s an inline 4 with a 6spd it’s balanced and it’s fun. My 21 Honda Accord Sport I replaced it with had a CVT and that’s the only complaint I had about that car. I think both are well made and offer a lot of value. Bottom line it’s a great price for a well rounded good looking fun and easy to live with car. It offers a driving experience vs being a boring transportation machine.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. The service was quick and I was Out in no time. I will 100% be recommending palisades Mazda to everyone! After eight weeks looking for a certified Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium in my home state of NJ, I was ready to give up. Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/managers from many dealerships. I then found Koeppel Mazda. I found a vehicle on line with 2,500 miles that had everything my wife & I were looking for. I called & spoke to Kamal Pokhrel, a pre-owned specialist. When he gave me the price I asked him what about the thousands of dollars of hidden fees. He replied "sir, that is the price". After falling off my chair, Kamal said to hold the car, he would need a $500 deposit through a credit card. I asked upon inspection of the vehicle, if I didn't like it, would I get a refund? He said "absolutely" UNLIKE A NJ DEALERSHIP! The next day I met Kamal & the pre-owned sales manager, Sherette Corsey. I inspected the vehicle & found a small issue. Sherette told me no worries & she would take care of it. So she did! I found Sherette to be a delightful surprise to what I was used to. We talked at length about many things. I found her to be warm & honest as the day is long! I purchased the vehicle & drove 60 miles to my home. What a machine!!! When my wife saw it she had tears of joy. The car is mainly for her. A couple of days later, I saw a tiny gouge or tear on the sidewall of the left rear tire that I didn't see upon inspection. I sent a picture to Kamal & he said he would run it by Sherette & didn't think it was a problem. Today they gave me a brand new tire. The service department was terrific as well & answered many questions I had about the CX-30! I realize car dealers are in the business to make money. Nothing wrong with that. However, with Sherette & Kamal I felt like part of the deal for them was making me happy as well. And in turn, I felt that made them happy. In other words, it wasn't just about the money. Anyone who may be having a problem finding their dream Mazda, give Koeppel Mazda in Jackson Heights Queens a shot. Give Kamal Pokhrel a call. I cannot say this strongly enough.

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

Very good experience leasing a 2024 RR Sport. Our sales person, Steve Goldsmith, was very accommodating and spent significant time showing us their inventory and searching for other options. Christine Sarvaideo, Finance Director, was also very accommodating and explained the many add-on service options and later provided information regarding purchasing a front plate hideaway bracket and customizing calipers. So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

Bought my Buick Encore GX here two years ago through an online application. Everything was handled remotely - specs, payment, pickup. No major issues since. Noticed a minor squeak recently, planning to book a service. Curious how fast warranty work gets done.

It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!
