We bought a 2008 Mazda 3 Touring hatchback new. We have driven it for over 15 years / 150,000 miles and have never had anything major break on this car. We change the oil about every 5,000 miles and had to do some work on the C/V joints at about 100K miles. We didn't even need a new clutch until 140K miles. This car handles great, has plenty of acceleration with the 5 speed manual and gets great gas mileage.

I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 2017 Forester with low mileage pop up in my search, and at a fair price. I contacted Curbside, and received an almost immediate reply from Yuri. I brought the car at 100000 km I put on 80000 on it no reliability issues. Grate in cold weather like -35°c and snow with all wheel drive in city not good mileage but on highway it is really good. Can do 800 km a 1/4 tank

It’s a good car. Just the dealership did me dirty by not replacing a bad tire that they promised in writing that they would. Now I have to pay for one. The front underneath must be extremely low because it drags when I pull in or out of a driveway curb.

I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

Owned for 6 years. Almost no maintenance required. Just oil changes, new brakes and tires at usual intervals. Great car. Runs well. Performs okay in snow. Better with snow or all season tires. 4 cylinder engine is fine for city use but not great when more power is needed for accelerating and highway passing. Design is good but becoming dated. Interior is good but some nice features are only found on the highest trim level, grand touring.

I bought my 2009 Mazda6 used with 35,000 miles in 2010. Now 2024, it has over 220,000 miles. The engine is still good. I change the oil every 10,000 miles with Mobil-1 synthetic oil. Between oil changes I add .8 of a quarts of oil. I keep the oil between .5 and .8 on the deep stick. i check the oil when the engine is cold. I replace the transmission fluid every 30,000 miles.

Jeb was very responsive and communicated well about the car listing i was interested in. They were very honest about the car's condition and willing to work with us on the price. They had no problem letting us take the car to get inspected & the result matched what the told us before hand. Would recommend highly.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 2 in 2016 from the original owner for my son while he was at graduate school at Harvard. I drove it with him from South Carolina to Massachusetts. For a small car, it is very comfortable. I think we calculated that it got about 34 mpq on the highway. It never gave us any trouble. My son recently bought an Audi Q3, ie, the only reason for selling it now.

Owned 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6l 5spd from new until 2011. Put > 100k miles. I think a power window went out and that's it. It was autox with no issues. Not a fast car, but a Blast to Drive. Ran into speed governor at ~112 MPH. Sic 4 wheel drifts. NC HW181 North just past Optimistic RV Campground the wide road goes up the mountain. Stuck it in 3rd gear around 4k rpm and entered the corners at full throttle and the car 4 wheel drifted (~1') through them as stable as could be. Ridiculous how fast I caught back up to cars after being passed helping broken down motorist. Didn't have the skill to pull the drifts off going down hill though, the dynamic is different. Only got 26 mpg on that tank, normally ~30 MPG. Near 80 MPH cruising get ~34 MPG. 4-wheel drifts well on decreasing radius turns too, just back off the throttle some and crank in some more steering and it tightens up the line. Miss the drifts and the low maintenance costs. Sold as I was just too big to comfortably fit in it. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoyed mine!

Bought my Mazda 6i 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual brand new in 2004. The best car I have ever owned it now has 114K miles on it and looks and drives as new. Had sagging headliner replaced at upholstery shop for $400. Other than a leaking power steering line replaced for $150 bucks its just required the usual maintenance, tires, brakes, spark plugs, and regular oil changes with full synthetic oil...great car.

Love my 09 Mazda 6! It's a great sporty mom car. Enough room for my boys, fun and stylish for me. Was super excited it was a 6 speed

Ive had this car for almost a year and ive put it on aftermarket suspension and it runs great. Only issue ive ever had was with a bad electrical grounding to the fuel pump caused by the rough suspension. Insanely gas efficient and is very fun and is very toque-y in low gears. An amazing first car

Bought it in 2022 with 95,000 miles did the 100,000 mile service at the dealership great gas mileage and performance for the highways in Texas because most of the speed limits are 75mph

Great customer service! Tyler and Robert were easy to work with and put absolutely no pressure on us. The vehicles there range greatly in price and condition but they always allow for pre-purchase inspections with your own mechanic. That was really nice and we were able to get my daughter into a car that was safe and reliable. I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

This car met most of my needs. It looks smaller from outside. But there is plenty of space inside! 2nd and 3rd row of seats can be folded and will provide huge cargo space.

24 years later car is still running strong no check engine lights but does need some transmission work done to it, overall very good car.

My 2007 mazda 3 2.3 automatic is about to hit 200k miles. I bought it used when it had 30k miles. I have done all maintenance myself. The only thing major that has went wrong was transmission control module. I ordered off amazon and replaced myself for fraction of cost. Currently my sunroof is broken but i do not care as long as its closed. My only complaint would be car is not insulated well from outside noise.

We purchased this vehicle over the Mazda3 due to the fact the insurance premiums were lower and upon review, it was due to the fact it was a safer overall vehicle. We were never disappointed. This was such a fantastic out of school value buy! Relatively low overall maintenance required aside from the major mileage milestones and regular wear and tear. It remained reliable as we drove it to the near 175K Mileage mark. Smooth handling, reliable, safe, advanced features for 09 (keyless entry, push-to-start, bluetooth, leather power seats, blind spot monitoring, etc.) would absolutely recommend this car to anyone who wants a very high quality value buy.
